We will protect confidentiality at all times.

  • Professional Relationships – We will develop and maintain professional interactions with the people we serve, natural supports, our staff, community members, other agencies and any others we come in contact with and we will base these relationships on respecting and valuing others. We will collaborate with others and value their expertise. We recognize the value of every individual and believe all people have the right to be treated with dignity and respect.   • Advocacy – We are dedicated to be advocates for the people we serve. We will educate the community on the mission of PQA and promote the needs and desires of the people we serve.

We incorporate our belief in person-centeredness into all aspects of our services. We are also dedicated to train individuals served that their opinions, skills, and beliefs are of value and we will encourage them to demonstrate leadership and participate in the development of organizational policies, procedures, and goals.
